Alternatives to Wolfspeed SiC MOSFETs

Wolfspeed has announced plans to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code. As a result, engineers working in power systems will be seeking to minimize supply disruptions and the impact of these on existing designs that will require alternatives to Wolfspeed’s SiC MOSFETs and Schottky Barrier Diodes.
