He is actively managing in design and development of SiC MOSFETs, SBDs, and power modules at SemiQ Inc. His experience, capability and leadership will provide a “Powering the SiC Evolution” model for sustainable and efficient SiC solutions. He holds a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Busan National University and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from KAIST.

President and Sr. Director of Technology
Timothy has 30 years of experience with semiconductor devices, SiC power devices and power modules, and advanced power electronics systems. Michael Tsang
VP, Product Engineering and Operations
Michael has over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He previously served as Vice President of Product Engineering & Global Operations at Supertex Inc.. He held positions as Process Engineering, Product Marketing Engineering, and Device Engineering at Siliconix. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, San Jose, and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Robert is responsible for the financial planning and strategy, accounting and reporting, treasury, tax, payroll, and HR of the company. He has over 30 years of financial leadership experience in various industries, with 25 of those years in the semiconductor industry.
Previously, he held senior positions as CFO at Freedom Smokeless, Controller at ARS Rescue Rooter and Pick up Sticks, and Operations Controller at QLogic Corporation during its formidable growth years. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
Dr. Zhuyi Wang
Director of Quality Assurance
Zhuyi has over 20 years of hands-on experience with silicon and compound semiconductor wafer process, assembly, failure analysis, reliability and QA management. He previously served as Chief Technical Officer at Solid State Devices, Inc. He also held positions as Process Engineer, Failure Analysis engineer, and Quality Assurance manager at Skyworks Solutions Inc. and MACOM Technology Solutions, Inc. Zhuyi holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Irvine, and an MBA degree from University of California, Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business.
