This partnership expands SemiQ’s European reach and support for its range of high performance SiC MOSFETs and Schottky diodes that deliver with industry-leading reliability and efficiency.
Under the deal, Ibérica will have access to SemiQ’s complete portfolio of modules, discrete and bare-die products, and will provide these with application and design support to power system developers across the entire continent. Headquartered in Madrid, Ibérica has a long-established position in the Spanish power electronics market and will lead the development of SemiQ’s business in Spain, while supporting customers and opportunities across Europe.
